Every effort will be made to make up for missed classes. Refunds will not be granted for rescheduled classes that are missed due to conflicts with personal schedules.
Our refund policy encourages early decisions, so as to not affect other customers or our ability to deliver efficient programs. All requests for refunds must be made at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program. A 20% administrative fee will be charged per refund transaction. Registrations that require advanced tickets are not refundable. Refunds for Sports League registrations must be made prior to the listed league registration deadline. There are no refunds for missed sessions.
COVID-19 Refund Policy
If a participant is unable to continue in a program due to illness or exposure related to Covid-19, they will receive a credit that is pro-rated based on the number of days that is missed of said program(s). The participant may request a refund of the credit via email at email@example.com or by calling the Central Office at 301-600-2936.
For any cancelled day(s) of a program due inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances that cannot be rescheduled, participants will receive a pro-rated credit for the number of day(s) missed.
Program Credits & Transfers
To avoid the administrative fee, a customer may transfer into another program with no additional fee. A credit may also be kept on the customer account at no additional charge. Requests for both credits and transfers can only be made 5 or more business days prior to the program start date. There are no refunds of credits.
Program Wait List
How does the program wait list work? If someone on a wait listed program cancels their registration, the first person on the wait list will receive a call asking if they would like to join the program. The wait listed customer has 24 hours to respond to our offer to join the class. If no response is received within 24 hours or if the participant chooses not to take the spot, the next wait listed participant is called, until the spot is filled.
