What is your refund policy as it relates to COVID-19?

Our office will be issuing credits for all cancelled classes, programs and rentals/reservations affected by the COVID-19 situation. 

Canceled Recreation Classes: Due to COVID-19, all winter session programs were canceled effective 3/13. Customers were issued credits on account for classes not held. All spring program sessions through June 1st are now cancelled as of March 20th. Customers will be issued account credits. Please check back for further updates or call 301-600-2936. 

Indoor Facility Rentals through June 1st are cancelled due to COVID-19. Customers will receive a full credit issued to the permit holder. The permit holder will receive a receipt via email. If you would like to reschedule your rental or receive a refund, please contact our main office at 301-600-2936. 

Athletic Field Reservations If you have a synthetic field reservations between now and April 24th, we will be crediting your account in the next few days for all of your reservations for this time period. If you have a question regarding your specific permits or would like to discuss rescheduling any time for later in the spring or summer, you may contact the field scheduling office at tstarick@frederickcountymd.gov

For those with natural grass field permits, we will begin to remove these dates from your permits as well. Please contact the field scheduling office at tstarick@frederickcountymd.gov about your options. If you have reservations at one of our Recreation Center Fields, you will be unable to use those fields until FCPS facilities reopen.
