What is the Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan (LPPRP)?

Every three years, Frederick County updates the Land Preservation, Parks, and Recreation Plan (LPPRP). This plan serves as a roadmap for how the County preserves open space, develops and maintains parks, and provides recreation programs and services for the community.
