   We are sorry that you have decided to cancel the reservation with us here at Frederick County Parks and Recreation. However, we understand that there are times when a cancellation is necessary. 

   If you prefer to transfer your reservation to another date or facility instead, please indicate the option in your request.

   Please fill out all of the information below and submit the form to complete your request. If you have multiple reservations, please submit a separate form for each one.

   Please allow 3 business days to process your request. If approved, please allow an additional 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed.
